IRS In Control, Using Obama Care, No Gun Needed

You are now blued, screwed and tattooed.

Make no mistake about it the IRS will be in charge of your health care by being in charge of collections and penalties associated with the Affordable Health Care Act. Which is anything by affordable for anyone.  The government under the Obama administration has now gotten what it has been seeking. Total and uncompromising control of YOU.  There is no doubt the IRS is the most feared and hated arm of government.  It is also the most powerful and can penalize you to the extent that it can make you poor and destitute.  The basic tenant of our Bill of Rights is to protect you against the power of the government.  Not when the IRS is concerned. The basic right of being innocent before you are proven guilty, does not hold when the IRS says that you owe them money.  They can shut you down and confiscate your money by preventing your access to it.  Then you have to find a way to prove that YOU do not owe what they claim you do.  By the time you are able to do so, YOU, or your organization cam be financially destroyed. Socialism is now in full swing in America. Along with socialism, comes the curtailment of your rights using a the bludgeon of the IRS to beat you into submission.

The IRS is now in full control because they now have control over your health care by proxy of having their sticky and corrupt fingers in your medical records . They can now share information with other government agencies when you ask for help paying for your health care insurance. In doing so your income will be almost common knowledge to all bureaucrats. Along with information on what your bowel movement looks like.   The confidence you may have had at one time feeling comfortable that your financial information and how you spend your money would be confidential, is over. As a matter of fact any and all rights to privacy anyou thought you had is over. Now you are all possible criminals unless you pay for a government's corrupt idea of  making health care affordable. The question is, affordable for who?

I don't  think Obama  ever had your health care in mind, but rather only put ting in place a mechanism to institute power over the citizens of this country. Obama Care is a power move for control by a corrupt president and a corrupt political party, that is morally bankrupt.

Knowledge is power. Total knowledge is total power.  Which is exactly what the IRS will now have. How does that sound to YOU.  That thought should make a chill run up and down your spine.  Progressives have finally found a way to control 60% of the economy and the ability to tie it in with those who can have total control of YOUR money, through enforcement of confiscatory taxation.  In addition they now have the power to basically extort and blackmail YOU, by knowing everything about you.  They know all your habits and how vulnerable you are because of heath issues.

The IRS protests that this is not the case and that your information is confidential. That is bull crap of the highest order. So high in fact that you can never see over it because the bull crap continues to pile up.  Besides the evidence that the IRS targets anyone that does not agree with the policy of the present administration.  All anyone has to do is connect the dots to know everything about YOU.

As we have seen in recent scandals involving the IRS targeting conservative groups and other opponents of Obama administration policies.  You cannot trust the IRS to keep information that you provide confidential. On the contrary, they are having a grand old time letting people and organizations that oppose your way of thinking access to it.  In fact they admit doing it and have the audacity to refuse to answer questions about this illegal practice to a congressional committee.  So would make you or anyone else think that you can trust the IRS. The American people never did before and should trust them even less now.

Level 2 Backround Checks a 2 edged Sword

Level 2 Back Round Check By Feds

Working in a heath care facility in any capacity, or do daily business with them ? Such as a pharmacy or laboratory.  You must now pass a Level 2 back round check.  A level 2 check insures that anyone who has any criminal history must now find another career.  Ditto for anyone who works on school grounds or has contact with students.  The law took effect in 2010 but had a honey moon period, if you will. To facilitate the implementation of the law. Unfortunately there is no statute of limitations as to how far back involvement with the law occurred. There are mechanisms and review processes that can be taken.  There are exemptions that can be applied for. There are types of crimes that have been perpetrated that can never merit an exemption.  It usually involves the state organization that regulate the profession and appropriate industry.
Many Long Term Trusted Employees Let Go
In January the proverbial  " shit hit the fan for many " in the medical industry and profession. They had to be released by their employers. Some have been employed and have been providing patients services for decades. They are notified by mail that they did not pass the level 2 check and must leave their chosen profession.  This would include kitchen help, cleaning and maintenance personal as well as contractors, nurses. doctors and their staff.  Laboratory supervisors are also subject  to this regulation.
Not Enough Staff
The immediate effect has been to reduce the amount of qualified personal needed to perform patient services. Leaving many heath care facilities, especially long term facilities with less than full staff.  As with all regulations that include some unreasonable requirements there is a down side. There will be a lot of families that will be out of groceries.  Also there will be less than adequate care provided until the void is filled with new personal to provide it.

An aspirin a day keeps......

A Willow Tree

One Billion, One Hundred and Twenty Two Million a Year and Counting.

That is what the world consumes of that little tablet that we call aspirin.  I would say that one of the most used phases in our vernacular is. " Take an aspirin".  Yes even more than Yogi Berra's famous, " it' dejevue all over again".  At least in America.  It is something you will find in almost every medicine cabinet. The drug goes back to 1758. When it was discovered the bark of the willow had the same distinct a strong  bitter taste of a Peruvian tree bark. Going back to 1640's it was used to lower fevers and treat the effects of malaria.  It was also used to relieve rheumatic aches and pains.  An English clergyman,  Edward Stone, presented this to the British Royal Society, but could not determine what in the bark was the effective ingredient.  Until, Brugantelli and Fontana, two Italians chemists identified the property in 1826. The was determined to be the active chemical, salicin. The same active ingredient used today in the manufacture of the common drug.

The Bayer Company based out of Germany began to manufacture and package the drug in 1899. It has been sold ever since. Helping with pain and reducing fevers. The wonders of the drug did not stop there. It is now taken by millions in the treatment and prevention of heart attacks. The common drug has become a God send for many who experience near heart attacks by acting as a blood thinner. Allowing the blood to circulate easier and faster to the heart muscle. Taken everyday it can and does reduce heart attacks and strokes.  The danger of side effects almost non existent if taken in the proper dose. A mere 5 milligrams per day will do the trick.

Joe Theisman, Di Maggio Pitchman

JOE DI MAGGIO AND MARYLIN MONROE

Believable Pitch Men , Joe Theisman and Joe Di Maggio

Theisman
One of the most believable messengers for a product has to be Joe Theisman.  College Football Hall of Famer and Washington Redskins Q.B. Who moved on to broadcasting.  Born in 1949, Joe was an outstanding player. He has done many commercials.  As of late he has become identified with a product called Super Beta Prostate. You can't help but watch his ruggedly handsome face as he pitches the product. You don't mind when he defines a condition that plagues most men who are in their 60s.  You can't help but identify with him. His energy, as he hawks the product is so intense as to be able to cut it with a knife.  His virility is something that you have a hard time questioning, I just love when he ends the pitch by taking a short jab at the air. Sort of reminding you of a fighter demonstrating a third round knockout punch. His muscular hand and fingers tells you that he is a scrapper. Determined to win against all comers and situations that come along with age. Even when it comes to having a problem with urinary urgency and incomplete voiding of the bladder. I remember when Joe played and I always enjoyed watching him do his thing. Poised and confident he shows those same traits when on the stump ( metaphorically ) touting the benefits of using the product.  I do not recall any scandal associated with the man.  Which of course is a plus when you can't make a living by playing the game. Enabling you to get into the type of business he is now in.

Kind of reminds me of Joe DiMaggio. A great player of the game of baseball.  A great hitter and fielder holding a record of 56 hits in the same number of consecutive games. The record still not broken. You can't steroid your way to that kind of record.  A simple and well mannered man who unlike many premier players had no scandals attached to him. Even though he was married to the most famous sex symbol of the 20th Century. A gentleman who didn't kiss and tell and respected Marylin Monroe's privacy to the very end. He two pitched a couple of products. The Bowery Bank and Mr. Coffee. There was no way you would have second thoughts about putting money in that band or using a coffee maker he was the spokesman for.

Free Health Care Not Free

Heath Care Costs Money, Always Has And Always Will.

Of course it does. Anything worth having is worth paying for. Anything you get for free you are apt to abuse. It is just human nature. I do not for the life of me understand when someone refers to health care in this way. " I get free health care" How do you figure that can be possible. Many times I hear the Canadian Health Care System as being free. Some times even the Canadians make the mistake of calling it free.  More often than not they hesitate and then say. "Well it isn't really free". Of course it is not free.  You may think it is free to you.  If you do not work. Well think again. You pay in some way. Perhaps you pay in a way that is not apparent to you. Like higher prices at the store. Or increased mass transit fares. Some way you pay. Well that's ok I mean everyone should pay their fair share. Perhaps though when it is over used and abused. The extra cost could be used in some way to help you with another need.  So get set America for abuse and waste. Oh yes they do have a cure for that. It is called rules and regulations. The more it is abused the more it is regulated. Not in favor of more care but of less. It is simple arithmetic. I know I do not have to go into detail.  So now that we have Obama Care what do you think could quite possibly result. More care or less care?

Hospital Strikes Not Good For Your Health

Is this what you want while you are laying in the hospital

Health Care Unions Not So Good For Patients

While sitting in a local pizzeria one day I came across a couple who came in for a bite to eat. I continued to eat what ever it was I was having. The owner started up a conversation with the gentleman and his wife.  before you know it it got to the point that the owner asked what the man did for a living. The man answered that he was no from the local area and indeed he was from out of state. I can't recall what state he was from but was definitely from the north east.  He explained that he was on an assignment and semi vacation.  He was a union organizer sent to organize health workers. I could not hold off a remark which was stuck between my bite of pizza and my trachea. I didn't want to aspirate so I exclaimed, " oh that's not good ".  His wife ready for a confrontation replied. "Why not "?  "I belong to the union and it has been very good for me".

Her answer showed why organizing health workers would not be good. The operative word here is, me.  I listened  as she continued to list and enumerate the benefits afforded to her by belonging to a union. She was an RN.  She was a good talker and adamant as to the good things the union has provided for her and the membership.  The gentleman whom I presumed earlier to be her husband was kind of reserved and did not say much.  It was then I realized that they in fact were a team.  She continued and I wanted to hear what she had to say.  I heard words like I, we, our, us.  Finally the conversation which was one sided at best came to a conclusion. It was then that I asked,  " tell me how does union membership help the profession and most of all the patient." At that point there was silence. The question was never answered.

Medical Field for a Great Future

Medical Field Is A Great Future

Looking for a job? The best place to go is the medical field. There are schools abound for technical skills used in today's health care field.  Doctors can't and won't do everything. The Obama care legislation is forcing the implementation of more and more auxiliary help. Diagnostic tools that require more individuals to administer those many tests.  Then there is nursing. Nurses are also needed for quality care . You can become an RN which you can earn with 2 years of schooling.  There are LPNs which is a licenced  practical nurse.  Nurses that are limited in their responsibilities and sphere of treatment and care. There are also Certified Nursing Assistants. Who assist nurses with the day to day of patients. In addition you can become a PCT or patient care technician. Duties are similar to those of a CDT except that they also have phlebotomy skills as well.  There are also x ray technicians, MRI technicians, respiratory therapists and others.

The medical field will not make you rich but the chances of you ever being out of work are slim. If you have any kind of interest in these fields the opportunities are endless. You can always go on to bigger and better positions with schooling that is readily available in most cities and towns. Obama care adds many more individuals to the patient rolls.  You will notice that more and more of the people you see are not doctors but patient care techs and nurse practitioners. It is a respected profession that gives you the opportunity to care for those needing care.  It is satisfying and rewarding. It gives you a chance to make a difference in someones life or a community.
